How to dispose of sharps during Take Back Day:

Make sure your sharps are placed in a heavy duty plastic container, like a bleach or laundry detergent container or a coffee can with a lid. The lid must be tightly secured to the container, and then sealed with heavy duty tape and marked as “sharps” or “needles.” You may also place them in a Powerade or Gatorade bottle. Please do not bring sharps in a light-weight bottle such as a water bottle. |
