Join us for a day of learning and networking with your SEPA colleagues. Session topics include a keynote presented by Professor Glenn Sterner, Penn State Abington, a regional panel discussion about Opioid Settlement Fund plans, effective prevention strategies, drug supply and consumption trends, advancing harm reduction efforts, alternative law enforcement approaches, and assessing individuals’ needs beyond treatment.
