Communicable Disease Screenings

All individuals who complete a level of care assessment are required to be screened for Communicable Diseases specifically Tuberculous (TB), Hepatitis C (Hep C), and Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV). If individuals are high risk (say yes to any TB, Hep C or HIV screening questions), the individual should be referred to the Bucks County Department of Health HIV/STD Program. The Bucks County Health Department provided free testing and treatment for communicable diseases. The health department also provided free condom distribution for individuals of agencies via pick up or mail.

Please click here to download the Bucks County Partners United for Sexual Health (BC PUSH) for information on the health department and other agencies who provide communicable disease testing, treatment, and counseling.
