Credentialed Assessors
To be considered a credentialed assessor through BCDAC, Inc. you must complete the following:
| - Attendance at the BCDAC, Inc. annual Assessor Training |
|
| - Core trainings must be completed within 365 days of hire. | |
| After 365 the SCA will not accept Level of Care Assessments from the case manager/assessor until the required core trainings have been completed. | |
*If an assessor has not completed all training requirements, a credentialed supervisor must review approve and sign RFA and ASAM Criteria*
