Bucks County Police Assisting In Recovery (BPAIR) and Supporting Treatment and Recovery (STAR) are related law enforcement initiatives with the common goal of helping individuals with substance use disorder by connecting them with options such as resources, recovery supports assessment and treatment. 

Any individual struggling with a substance use disorder that contacts any of the participating Police Departments below, is a resident of said township and asks for assistance, will be taken to a treatment center for an assessment.
