Student Assistance Program

Pennsylvania Student Assistance Program is a team process used to mobilize school resources to remove barriers to learning or success. SAP is designed to identify academic, social, attendance, substance use, mental health, and other concerns which pose a barrier to student success. The primary goal of SAP is to help students overcome these barriers to be able to achieve, advance, and remain in school.

BCDAC, Inc. provides funding through the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs for the Student Assistance Program to The Council of Southeast Pennsylvania, Inc. to facilitate programs at both the primary and secondary levels.
