SOR Housing

Services for individuals experiencing homelessness

The SOR Homeless Housing Grant helps individuals with a history of Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) or Stimulant Use Disorder (StUD) by providing safe and affordable housing options.

Individuals will receive assistance with rent, utilities and other basic needs for up to six (6) months. The Centers of Excellence at St. Luke’s Penn Foundation and Family Service Association of Bucks County will also provide recovery support services.

To be considered for the SOR Homeless Housing Grant, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

  • Bucks County resident
  • An individual or family who does not have - or who is not able to afford - stable, safe, permanent and appropriate housing. (Detailed information can be found here)
  • Current or past Opioid Use Disorder or Stimulant Use Disorder


Individuals must be:

  • Motivated and willing to work on identified goals
  • Willing to participate with Recovery Support Services through St. Luke’s Penn Foundation and Family Service Association
  • Willing to participate in treatment for substance use disorder based on level of care assessment
  • Follow SOR Homeless Housing Grant guidelines
